I like my home-based exercise regimen, but I have to admit I haven't been faithful to it since I arrived from Sydney last July :p- 10 mins Aerokaebo (a combination of aerobics, karate, and boxing for a full body workout)
- 10 mins floor exercises zeroing in on the lower body
- 20 mins running on the treadmill for a cardio workout
I miss my modern jazz dance class every Saturday...I haven't been able to fit it into my schedule for the longest time!
Exercise is a very personal thing for me, and I prefer to do it in solitude. This is precisely the reason my dance class was always on a 1-on-1 mode. I tried going to the gym regularly many times in the past, but I always ended up giving my money away. I don't know -- I just don't like being surrounded by strangers when I'm in the "exercise zone" hehehe
I'm going to try Bikram Yoga soon. Ailenne and Vira say its wellness benefits are really good!
